We have been patiently waiting for this….

After months of aging; meticulous, regular taste tests our 2021 Barrel-aged Gin is ready to be bottled.

We have selected our award winning Dry Gin to bask and mature in port barrels, allowing it to develop a unique, full-bodied, flavour; satisfying and bold.

This aged gin is rich in colour, with a thick velvety feel and warm oaky overtones. The finish is slightly sweet and  honey-like, with desirable, aromatic, botanicals which linger on the palette.

It is without a doubt a distinct drop, which we believe will be enjoyed by whisky and gin lovers alike! 

This cask gin can be enjoyed simply on its own with ice or used with complimentary flavours in your favourite barrel-aged gin cocktail.
