    How much does shipping cost?

    We ship orders to anywhere in Australia for a flat rate of $12.95! Express Post and TNT options are also available, however their cost is calculated based on your location at the checkout.

    We also offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $150.

    Do you ship overseas?

    Unfortunately, our products are only shipped and sold within Australia. Hopefully sometime in the future we can hit the international market!

    Where does my order get shipped from?

    All orders are packed and sent directly from our Edgeworth distillery. Our staff take extra care when packing your order, making sure your bottles arrive safely to your door!

    When will my order be shipped?

    Orders are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days from time of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch during busy periods.  

    How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

    We can never give a proper ETA on orders, however standard post can take approximately 7 business days to arrive, while Express Post and TNT Overnight options can take between 1 to 5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

    Dispatch may take longer during busy periods.

    What do I do if my order is taking too long?

    If your order is taking longer than usual to arrive, make sure to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post via your tracking number, as once a parcel is with the courier, it becomes their responsibility. Please also take into account dispatch delays during busy periods. You can contact our dedicated staff via email during trading hours for more info, or consult our Shipping Policy. 


    Click n’ Collect

    Does Newy Distillery offer local pick ups?

    We sure do! Click and collect is an option at checkout. Just select ‘Local Pick Up’ in the checkout.

    How much does it cost?

    Our Click n’ Collect service is free!

    When will my order be ready for collection?

    Our friendly front-of-house team will send you an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up from the distillery. Depending on stock levels, click and collect orders are usually ready within 24hrs weekdays after ordering and on the Monday when you order over the weekend if the Monday isn't a Public Holiday.

    Where do I pick up my order from?

    Your order will be available for collection* from the front bar at our Edgeworth location. Please make sure to bring along a valid ID to verify your age and details!

    Pick-up times are:

    Mon-Fri: 10am-4:30pm

    *There is a 90 day collection period. After 90 days, your items will be deemed not wanted and returned to shelf. Refunds are not available in this instance. Please collect your order promptly! 

    PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring valid ID, your confirmation email with the order number. Visitors are also required to scan our COVID safe check-in to show a member of our friendly team before entering.


    Newy's Hidden Gem

    Our cocktail bar is open on Friday's from 4pm to 10pm - happy hour between 5pm and 7pm

    We're open for FREE tasting sessions during the day Monday - Friday at our distillery in Edgeworth from 10am-4pm,

    Do we have to make a booking?

    Bookings are highly recommended due to the limited capacity of the venue. Please email us at or message us on Facebook to secure a spot!

    Does the bar serve food?

    Yes, our bar provides an array of light snacks and cheese platters. We do not serve hot food, however customers are more than welcome to order food to be delivered to the distillery! Ask our friendly staff for more information.


    Nutritional Info

    Are your products gluten free?

    Yes! All of our products are gluten free. Our vodka is wheat-based, however the gluten is dissolved during the distilling process.

    What is the sugar content in your products?

    All of our fruit-based products are made with real fruit, so sugar content can vary. Our gins and Fairy Floss flavoured vodka range each contain less than 5 grams of sugar per bottle.

    Are your products vegan-friendly?

    Our entire range is vegan, except for our Pink Vodka and Pink Gin. We can, however, make a custom vegan-friendly pink upon request, just contact our friendly staff via Facebook or email for more info!

    Subscription Service

    Do you have a subscription service? What does it entail?

    We do offer a subscription service! The subscription is an option that you can select when purchasing products via the SHOP section on our website. It automatically makes either weekly, monthly or yearly orders for you at a discounted price. 

    How much does your subscription cost?

    The sign-up is free of charge, and the price of each order will vary, depending on the products you select.

    How do I sign up?

    You can make an account by hitting the VIP Membership tab in the DISCOVER MORE section of our website menu. Just fill out your details and you should be good to go!

    Can I change the products I receive in my subscription?

    You can indeed! Just login to your account via our website and hit ‘Manage Subscription’. From there, you should be able to change up the bottles you receive.

    How do I pause or cancel my subscription?

    You can pause or cancel your subscription by following the same step outlined above. If you are having difficulty cancelling your subscription, please contact us via Facebook or email!
