Mango and Vanilla Bean Martini Cocktail Recipe

A taste of tropical sophistication! This fruity martini uses our fresh mango-infused liqueur, paired with our vanilla bean-infused vodka. Paradise in a conical-shaped glass.

INGREDIENTS

45ml Vanilla Bean Vodka

30ml Mango Liqueur

30ml Simple Syrup

15ml Lime Juice

1/3 Mango Cheek

For Garnish:

2x Mango Slices

METHOD

1. In a cocktail shaker, add Vanilla Vodka, Mango Liqueur, Lime Juice and the Mango.
2. Muddle until the mango is well combined. Add the simple syrup and half fill with ice.
3. Shake for 20 seconds and double strain into a martini glass.
4. Garnish with the remaining mango and enjoy.
