Pineapple and Raspberry Sour Cocktail Recipe
This warm weather Sour uses our Pineapple Vodka and Raspberry Vodka and will get you in the mood for the summer months ahead. Slightly sweet, the pineapple juice offers a refreshing zing whilst the lime provides the all-important sharp edge needed in a sour cocktail.
Put on your sunhat, get in the shade, and enjoy this cocktail with fresh pineapple and raspberry garnish!

INGREDIENTS
30ml Newy Distillery Pineapple Vodka
30ml Newy Distillery Raspberry Vodka
30ml Simple Syrup
45ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Lime Juice
1 egg white (optional - egg white gives this cocktail a creamier texture).
Ice
For Garnish:
Raspberries or pineapple wedge.

METHOD
1. In a cocktail shaker, add all the ingredients.
2. Shake for 15 seconds, then fill the shaker with ice.
3. Shake for another 15-20 seconds.
4. Double strain into an Old Fashioned glass.
5. Garnish with fresh raspberries or pineapple wedge.
6. Sit back, sip and enjoy!
