Limoncello is one of those drinks that people think only comes from the Amalfi Coast. Ours comes from Newcastle — and it's won a Silver Medal at the Hong Kong CATHAY Pacific IWSC Awards to prove it belongs on the same shelf.

Newy Distillery's limoncello collection takes the classic Italian digestif and gives it the craft treatment. We start by infusing organic lemons with either our triple-distilled Signature Vodka or our award-winning Dry Gin, then balance sweetness and citrus until it tastes exactly the way limoncello should — bright, refreshing, and not too sweet. From there, we've expanded the range with lime, strawberry and raspberry variations, tasting packs and cocktail bundles that put limoncello front and centre.

With 14 products in the collection, this is one of the most complete limoncello ranges you'll find from any Australian craft distillery.

Classic Limoncello Liqueur The one that started it all. Made by infusing organic lemons with our Signature Vodka, this limoncello is perfectly balanced — not too sweet, not too bitter, with a clean citrus finish. Serve it the traditional way: bottle in the freezer for a few hours, pour it ice cold into a chilled glass, and transport yourself straight to southern Italy. 700ml, 23% ABV. Silver Medal winner.

Gin Limoncello Same craft limoncello recipe, built on our award-winning Dry Gin base instead of vodka. The botanicals in the gin add a layer of herbal complexity underneath the lemon — juniper and citrus working together. A more aromatic, gin-forward take on the classic that works beautifully in a spritz or over ice with tonic.

Lime Limoncello A zestier twist on the original. We infuse our limoncello with real fresh limes to add a punchy citrus kick alongside the lemony base. Available in both vodka base and gin base. The vodka version is lighter and crisper, the gin version adds a botanical edge. Both are perfect for summery afternoon cocktails or served as a dessert liqueur.

Strawberry Limoncello Bright, fruity and unmistakably summery. Real strawberries meet our limoncello base for a flavour that balances citrus tang with natural berry sweetness. Available in vodka base and gin base. The gin version in particular makes an incredible spritz — just add prosecco and soda.

Raspberry Limoncello Gin Our newest addition to the range. Tart raspberry meets lemon and gin botanicals for a bold, berry-forward limoncello with a dry finish. One for those who like their citrus with a bit of bite.

Tasting Packs Can't decide between vodka or gin base? Our Limoncello Vodka Tasting Pack and Limoncello Gin Tasting Pack each include three 200ml bottles of different limoncello flavours, so you can try the range before committing to a full-size favourite. Great as a gift or for hosting a tasting at home.

Cocktail Bundles Limoncello is a secret weapon in cocktails, and we've built several of our most popular bundles around it. The Lemon Meringue Sour, Strawberry Summer Serenade, Strawberry Cheesecake, Lifesaver, and Passionfruit Gin Caipiroska bundles all feature limoncello as a key ingredient.
