Dry Gin Mojito

Use your new John Earl x ND Dry Gin to create this refreshing favourite!

45mL John Earle x ND Dry Gin

15mL Simple Syrup (or Newy Distillery Passionfruit Liqueur* for a tropical twist!)

15mL Lime Juice

4x Mint Leaves

3x Lime Wedges

Soda Water or Lemonade

1x Dehydrated Lime Wheel

1. Muddle the Dry Gin, lime juice, 3x mint leaves and Simple Syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 15 seconds.

2. Strain into a highball glass and add in fresh ice.

3. Squeeze lime wedges into the mixture before topping with soda.

4. Garnish with a mint leaf and dehydrated lime wheel.
