This week's cocktail uses our dark and mysterious Black Liquorice Vodka, combined with our Orange Flavoured Vodka; mixed with fresh orange juice.
We've also added some blood orange syrup which perfectly compliments the Black Liquorice Vodka's tanginess, and enhances the flavour in the Orange Vodka.
This cocktail has a magnificent glow and colour contrast, giving it a slightly imposing demeanour. A perfect pre-dinner cocktail with plenty of variety!Β
RECIPE:
Ingredients:
- 15ml Newy Distillery Black Liquorice Vodka
- 30ml Newy Distillery Orange Vodka
- 60ml Orange Juice
- 15ml Blood Orange Syrup
- Lemonade
- Ice
Method:
1. In a tall glass filled with ice, combine the Orange Vodka, orange juice and blood orange syrup.
2. Top with lemonade. Leave enough room at the top for the Black Liquorice Vodka.
3. Over the back of a spoon, gently pour the Black Liquorice Vodka to create a layer.
4. Gently top with a little more lemonade, if desired.
