Boozy Mango Sorbet

Looking for a fresh dessert to make at your next dinner party? Switch out the tiramisu and make this delicious fruity sorbet instead!

1/4 cup Newy Distillery Mango Vodka

500g bag frozen mango

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp simple syrup

1. Add all ingredients except for the simple syrup to a blender and pulse until fully combined. Avoid making the mixture too watery.

2. Taste before adding simple syrup. Pour mixture into a rectangular container and place in the freezer for 5-7 hours.

3. Serve in a bowl or cocktail glass with a sprig of mint.
