Strawberry Collins Recipe

Ingredients
45mL Newy Distillery Berry Pink Gin
30mL Simple Syrup
15mL Lemon Juice
3x Strawberries
2x Lemon Wedges
Soda Water
Ice
For Garnish:
2-3x Strawberry Slices

Method
1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the strawberries, Berry Pink Gin, lemon juice and Simple Syrup.
2. Fill a highball glass with ice, before straining the mixture into it.
3. Squeeze in the lemon wedges and top with soda.
4. Garnish with the strawberry slices, and sip away!
