Strawberry Gin Mojito

This mojito makes per the perfect summer drink, beautifully refreshing and perfect for strawberry lovers.

Ingredients:

Serves: 1

  • 60ml Newy Distillery Signature Gin
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 6 mint leaves
  • good squeeze of fresh lime
  • 20ml simple sugar syrup
  • 4 strawberries 
  • top the glass with club soda

Method:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker then shake not stir for 30 seconds (take the advice from Bond and shake it this time) then strain into a chilled glass and add the remaining strawberries from the shaker.

Pro tip:

For simple sugar syrup – heat 20ml water and 20 grams of sugar 3 minutes on a stove top. Cool before adding to the shaker. See Less
