Liqueurs are what tie a good cocktail together — and they're just as good on their own over ice. Newy Distillery's liqueur collection is one of the most versatile ranges we make. From tropical fruit liqueurs and rich dessert-inspired bottles through to cocktail essentials like blue curaçao, coffee liqueur and simple syrup, everything here is handcrafted in small batches using our triple-distilled spirits and real ingredients.

Fruit Liqueurs Real fruit, real flavour. Our fruit liqueurs are made by infusing fresh, locally sourced ingredients into our triple-distilled vodka base. The range includes passionfruit, mango, lychee and blackberry — each one smooth, sweet and packed with genuine fruit character. The passionfruit, mango and lychee liqueurs are also available together in our Vodka Fruit Liqueurs Gift Pack, which makes an easy gift for anyone who loves tropical cocktails.

Limoncello & Citrus Liqueurs Our award-winning Limoncello Liqueur is made by infusing organic lemons with our Signature Vodka — it took home a Silver Medal at the Hong Kong CATHAY Pacific IWSC Awards. From there, the range expands into Gin Limoncello, Lime Limoncello (vodka and gin base), Strawberry Limoncello (vodka and gin base), and Raspberry Limoncello Gin. Each one offers a different balance of citrus and sweetness, and every flavour is available in both a vodka base and a gin base so you can pick your preferred spirit profile.

Dessert Liqueurs This is where things get indulgent. Our Chocolate Liqueur is made with double dutch chocolate syrup and our Signature Vodka — smooth, velvety and built for espresso martinis, dessert cocktails or sipping neat after dinner. The Lemon Meringue Liqueur blends tangy lemon with creamy meringue flavour for a dessert-in-a-glass experience. And our Musk Liqueur brings that unmistakable pink musk stick flavour into a craft spirit — one of our most uniquely Australian products and a consistent crowd favourite.

Coffee Liqueur A home bar essential. Our Coffee Liqueur is the backbone of every espresso martini cocktail kit we make — from the Caramel Espresso Martini to the Honeycomb Espresso Martini to the Choc Mint Espresso Martini. Rich, smooth and made with real coffee, it's available in 700ml and 200ml sizes. If you're making espresso martinis at home, this is the bottle you need.

Cocktail Essentials Some liqueurs are meant to star in a drink. Others are meant to make everything around them better. Our Blue Curaçao is made with fresh orange zest, cloves and a touch of our Signature Gin — it's the key ingredient in our Fruit Tingle and Grape Tingle cocktail jugs, and now comes pre-shimmered for extra visual impact. Our Simple Syrup Liqueur is a smarter alternative to regular simple syrup — the added alcohol means it lasts longer and gives your cocktails a little extra kick. And our Triple Sec rounds out the citrus essentials for any serious home bar.
