Newy Distillery's gin collection starts with one thing done properly: our Signature Dry Gin. Crafted from a unique blend of 16 botanicals — including juniper berry, coriander, cassia bark and lemon peel — it's won multiple medals at the Australian Gin Awards, the International Wine & Spirits Awards in London, and the Royal Distilled Spirits Awards. Signature Dry Gin Where it all starts. Our flagship gin uses 16 hand-selected botanicals to deliver a complex, juniper-forward flavour with floral notes and a smooth finish. Available in 700ml and 1-litre sizes. Multiple international award winner. Perfect neat over ice, in a classic gin and tonic, or as the base for any gin cocktail.

Shimmer Gin Our most eye-catching range. Each bottle uses our Signature Dry Gin infused with a food-grade shimmer that swirls and sparkles with every pour. Same award-winning flavour, with a visual effect that turns any drink into an event. Available in pink, purple, sky blue, ocean blue, turquoise, green, orange, white, black, gold and butterfly pea — which changes colour when you add tonic or citrus. Available in 500ml and 200ml bottles.

Fruit-Infused Gin Real fruit, real gin, real flavour. Our fruit-infused gins are made by steeping fresh, locally sourced ingredients into our Signature Dry Gin base. The range includes Berry Pink Gin (strawberries, raspberries and cranberries), Passionfruit Gin (a four-time medal winner), and Pumpkin Spice Gin (bronze medal, Australian Gin Awards). Each one holds its botanical character while adding a bold new flavour dimension.

Coal Miner Strength Gin Named for Newcastle's coal mining heritage, this is our Signature Gin turned up to 55% ABV. Full-bodied, punchy and built for those who like their gin with backbone. A proper navy-strength craft gin distilled right here in the Hunter Valley.

Gin Cocktail Kits Everything you need to make a proper gin cocktail at home. Each bundle includes 200ml bottles of the key spirits and liqueurs plus a recipe card. The Bramble Fizz Kit pairs our Berry Pink Gin with Blackberry Liqueur for a berry-forward bramble cocktail.
